We are really excited to roll out a new menu at Bound by Fate! You've been loving the teasers so far - our mac & cheese, chili, new wing sauces, and tenders are all going to be on permanent offering, alongside a number of what will hopefully turn into new favorites for everyone!
This was obviously a difficult decision for us because we know our regulars and first timers alike have delighted in the Lao menu. Unfortunately, with ingredient prices continuing to rise and the constraints of our small kitchen and team, we didn't want to raise prices on our existing menu. But, we did want to keep the same family-centric feel and so we've incorporated some New York Staples to this new menu to honor the time our family has spent spread from East to West across the state. Beef on Weck, Chicken Spiedies, Utica Greens, and the ubiquitous Buffalo Sauce will carry on our tradition of honoring where we've come from.
We are also excited that this will mean a bit more flexibility for our amazing kitchen team, who are ready to get creative and start offering more specials and rotating items as the seasons change and different ingredients become available.
We can't wait for you to taste our new items and also to celebrate our 5 year anniversary with you! It truly has been a whirlwind and we are so happy to be part of the Schuylerville Community. Through pandemics, storms, and shifting tides, we are ever grateful for the support and encouragement of our family, friends, and community. It is a constant reminder that we are all Bound By Fate.
